KrazyJo provides driveway, sidewalk, and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
All appointments, quotes, and services are subject to availability and confirmation by KrazyJo LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service at our discretion, including due to unsafe conditions, weather, or property restrictions.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

  • Quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Stripe-processed credit cards, Affirm, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Cash App payments.

  • Returned checks or chargebacks may incur administrative fees.

Late or non-payment may result in collection actions and associated legal costs.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. We understand that things happen. 
-KrazyJo reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment failure.

5. Liability and Property Access

By booking our services, you agree to provide KrazyJo personnel safe access to the service area, including driveways, walkways, and outdoor water sources.
We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property damage, including cracks, paint peeling, or worn surfaces.

  • Damage resulting from poor material condition or prior improper surface treatments.

  • Damage to unsecured items, electrical components, or areas not explicitly included in the service scope.

Customers should remove vehicles, decorations, and fragile items prior to service.

6. Limitation of Liability

KrazyJo LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.

7. Warranties

KrazyJo LLC provides services “as-is” and makes no express or implied warranties regarding results, durability, or surface longevity after cleaning.
Environmental and material conditions may affect results differently.
