All measurements must be entered as whole numbers only. Always round DOWN to the nearest full foot. Example: 25 feet 11 inches becomes 25 feet. Do not round up.

Convert your measurement to feet and always round DOWN to the nearest whole foot. Example: 25 feet 4 inches becomes 25 feet. This keeps pricing consistent and avoids overestimation.

We prioritize fairness and do not nickel and dime customers over small differences. We will honor your submitted measurements if they are within 36 inches (3 feet) for linear measurements and within 36 inches by 36 inches for square measurements.

If the actual measurements exceed your submitted measurements by more than the allowed tolerance, pricing may be adjusted prior to service. Our goal is transparency and accuracy—not surprise charges.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), and in-field payments with our technicians.

At checkout, you may have the option to select a Buy Now, Pay Later provider. Approval is determined entirely by the BNPL provider. KrazyJo does not influence approval decisions. If approved, you can split your payment into installments.

No. If you want to use BNPL, the technician can send you an invoice via text or email where you can complete payment and select BNPL during checkout.

No. KrazyJo does not store, copy, or retain any credit or debit card information. When payment is processed, your card data is securely transmitted directly to our payment processor and is never stored by KrazyJo.
